Paredes & Scholtes

Lestari Scholtes and Eduardo Paredes met each other in 2010 during a tour through South America. Since then, they have frequently performed together, both as a duo and in various other chamber music ensembles, including their piano trio, Trio 258. Highlights of their musical career as a duo include performances in venues such as the Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ in Amsterdam and Carnegie Weill Hall in New York. Lestari and Eduardo live in Amsterdam with their son Nathaniel.

TRIO 258

TRIO 258 consists of pianist Lestari Scholtes, violinist Eduardo Paredes Crespo, and cellist Leonard Besseling—three passionate musicians with a rich history in chamber music, both domestically and internationally.

Pianoduo Scholtes & Janssens

Lestari Scholtes (1984) and Gwylim Janssens (1985) have formed a piano duo since 2003. Today, they are recognized as one of the most promising piano duos of their generation.
